William Hall, 1 acre east bank A olyneux near Dairy Creek.—Granted, but reserving to the Crown and excepting from the grant all riparian rights, and the grant to be subject to the condition that all present or future holders of miner's rights shall be at liberty to discharge water, tailings, and mining debris into the 3VI olyneux River without being liable to any action at the suit of the grantee. Walter Anderson, 1 aero at head of Connew's Gaily.—Granted. Patrick Neilan and others, 3 acres one mile north of Springvale.—Withdrawn. WATER RACK.
