Marie for water race from head of Dairy Creek, under the 31st section of the Mines Act, to which Mr J. Holt and Mr R. Holden objected, was adjourned ti'l the 11 th inst. Application of Mr ,J. Roberts for a water race from Conroy’s Gully, under the same section, was adjourned till tlm Isch hut.
