Braithwaito—Larceny of a coolie dog, the property of Mr Norman M'Lood, of Palmerston, the accused stated that the dog followed him from Hampden, and that he had taken the first opportunity of sending it back by a oarner.—lleMiancled to Palmerston. Mondav, December llth. J. Bailey—Druuk and Disorderly. —Pined 10s. Wednesday, December 1,1 tfe. Thomas J ones— Charged with Larceny of a Saddle from the 25 Milo Creek, Wakatip. —Remanded to Queenstown. Thursday, December 14th. (Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., RM.) , B. Gilbert and T. Webb were charged with a breach of the peace —Gilbert was bound over to keep the peace for four months in two sureties of LlO each, and himself in a like amount; and T. Webb was bound over to keep the peace for three months, to find similar sureties.
