For tho following European nows, received per Sub-Marino Cable, we are indebted to the Dunedin morning papers ; London, Nov. 16.—Russia has prohibited tho export of horses. The Porte is' preparing Turkish military forces, and a division of ironclads is proseeding to the Black Sea. Russian demands on Turkey are that a Christian governor be selected for the provinces ; appointment of native officials ; expulsion of Circassian troops, and the residence of a permanent consular commission to supervise. Yielding to tho pressing counsels of the Great Powers, tho Porte has accepted tiio proposed conference on Turkish affairs. There is increased activity at Woolwich and Portsmouth. London, Nov. 21.—Tho British ambassador at St. Petersburg had a most cordial audience with the Emperor Alexander oh the 2nd of November.
