A sharp-sighted Irishman.—Ah Irish brick-layer was ono day brought to the hospital severely injured by a fall from a house-top. The medical man in attendance asked tho sufferer at what time the accident happened. “Two oclock yer honor, was the reply. On being asked why he came to fix tho hour so accurately, ho answered, ‘ Because I saw the people at dinner through a window as I was coming ' down.”
