ELECTION NOTICE, ELECTORAL DISTRICT OF THE GOLDFIELDS. N Pursuance' cf the provisions isf an Act of - the Gsneral Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act. 1858," I, Henry Wirgman Robinson, Retumin;.' Officer for tho Electoral District of the Goldfields of Otago, do hereby give notice that, by virtue of a Writ, bearing date the tenth day of -January, 1867, issued under, the band of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of three qualified persons, to serve, as Members of the Provincial Council of Otago for the said Electorol District; and that the nomhation of Candidates will take place at the Court House, Clyde on Monday the 11th day of March, 1567, and that the Poll, (if necessary) will be taken on Monday the twenty-fifth day of March, 1867. .
