Deaths.
Lang.—Drowned on the wreck of the i barque " Lizzie Bell," on July 25th, 1901, David, the beloved son of tho late Mr Joseph Lapg, aged 20 years. Deeply regretted.
" He that heareth my word, and believeth. on Him that sent me, bath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation, but is passed from death unto life." Warnes—On July 27th, at Port Ahuriri, Benjamin William Warnes, aged 70.
The funeral will leave his late residence, Spit, for the Napier cemetery, on Wednesday next, at 3.30 p.m.
