CABLE NEWS. THE EASTERN TROUBLE.

THE KING- S TITLE. United Press Association By Electric Telegraph — Copyright. (Received July 28, 8 p.m.) London, July 2G. Lord Salisbury announced in the House of Lords that the probable addition to King Edward's title would be, " King of the British Dominions beyond the Seas." The Times says the title Lord Salisbury has indicated is not beyond criticism, and will not be included in the bill, because the precise form is not determined. Generally speaking, however, it is approved. The Titles Bill allows the King to select and proclaim within six mouths of being passed, any title he sees fit, with a view to recognising his dominions beyond the seas.
