In the House of Commons, Lord Lansdowne, Foreign Secretary, stated that Prince George of Crete has acceded to the unanimous request of the Powers to remain in office for another term. Mr Brodrick, Minister for War, in the course of the. debate on the Army Bill, said three army corps, and the execution of military work would be created at the end of the year at Aklershot, Salisbury Plain, and Ireland.
