The King Decorates a Tasmanian. (Received July 27,9.17 a.m.) London, July 2G, The King personally decorated Lieutenant Wylly, of the Tasmanian Imperial Bushmen, with a Victoria Cross, at St. James's Palace. The recipient was awarded the distinction for conspicuous bravery at Warm Baths.
