CAPTURE OF A CONVOY.
Light British Casualties. (Received July 27, 9.17 a.m.) London, July 26. Lord Kitchener reports that Lieutenant - Colonel Garratt's column of mounted infantry surprised a convoy near Ritzburg on. the 21st instant, capturing 25 Boers and some waggons. Two British officers and six men were wounded. A number of rebels in the vicinity of Middlesburg have surrendered.
