Reception at Perth.
Umted Press Association, By Electric lelegraph — Copyright. (Received July 23, 1.17 a.m.) Perth, July 22. The Governor . and Ministers officially welcomed the Royalties in the forenoon. A procession followed through the gaily decorated, densely crowded streets, Iroin the railway station to the Town Hall. The Mayor presented an address of welcome. The Duke afterwards reviewed the friendly societies and the Chinese and Afghan processions. An official dinner took place at Government House at night, the city * being brilliantly illuminated. The display was imposing, and the enthusiasm unbounded.
