[per fbess association,] Auckland, Tins day. There were some interesting gallops at SUlerslie this morning. Balbirnte and The Washer ran six furlongs -at a strong pace. Blue jacket and Nor'-w«at strode over a mile and a-half in 2 61. Rosashele and Motor traversed a strong mile JrTcompany, aadso'dlid Minerve and Lady Marion. Real Blue and First Whisper got through steady pacing, Aminta ran five fu'i&mgs in 1.4. Major (-Jeorge's tv/c-year olds, Rattler, R&aorback, and Shellback, spurted in tfce centre of the course. Cannongate did L iong work. Rita, Athel, and Lady Avon did steady {pacing. j Cavalerio covered a round in 1.56, hav- [ ing Jim Keen 'for a companion, but he 1 was of no use *&o him. La Gloria and Coronet were associated over miles, run in 2.374Both went freely and well, but Coronet had the best of it all through. Hastings covered a strong six furlongs and Winsome got through a similar task, Dayntree ran a mile on the plough in fast time. Fulmen and Miss Delaval ran 1£- 'miles in 2.461, the round taking 2.5 3-5. Miss Delaval worked very freely. Malatua and Military traversed a. round on the plough in 211^. Beddington ran 1£ miles in 2.33. He had Rosella for a companion in the first part, asd Laetitia in the last, beating her home. This was th« best gallop 'of the morning. The last romid was run in 1,56. Peerage and Calibre ran five furlongs in 1.3, the latter winning. The 'two-year-old is a etout strong oolt. Formula bested Seotty and "Kissaline over six furlongs in 1.30. Toroa and Regukis put in a strong round. Dingo was schooled over the fences. Seahorse did a steady 'task.
