RULES AND CONDITIONS. All entries to be addressed to the Secretary, Porangahau Racing Club, Porangahau, and will be absolutely refused if not accompanied by the necessary amount of fees, together with the names, ages, pedigrees, and performances of the horses, also the colors of the riders. All stakes paid in full. Metropolitan " Rules of Racing" will •foe strictly adhered to. All races are for Hacks only. Hack shall mean for Noa. 4 and 6 a horse that has never won over £20 aA< time of starting, and for races Nos. 1, 3, 5, 7, and 8, for horses that have never received over £40 in one stake.
