An Anarchist named Vaiette has been arrested at Paris on a charge of having financed Salson, who presented a revolver at the Shah. The latter has confessed to a wish to kill the Shah because he was a great ruler. Defusco, an Italian - American Anarchist, has been arrested at Caserta, in Southern Italy. He admits a fore-knowledge of King Humbert's murder, and states that the Anarchists expected a revolution to follow. Eighteen hundred persons have been arrested in Italy, including two editors of socialist newspapers. An Italian, writing from Brazil in June, enquired as to the truth of King Humbert's murder.
