According to lobby talk, there is little chance of the Premier carrying his proposal for two extra Ministers. The feeling seems to be that seven Ministers Should suffice till the House is increased to eighty members, as foreshadowed by Mr Seddon on Friday night. Mr Carroll will, of course, be raised to full Cabinet status.
