THIKD READINGS. The Weights and Measures Act Amendment and the Education Boards Election Bills were read a third time. WORKERS COMPENSATION. The Workers' Compensation for Accidents Bill was further considered in committee. The Hon. G. McLean gave notice to move the recommittal of the bill. SECOND READINGS. The Noxious Weeds, Native Interpreters Classification, Public Contracts, Canterbury College Empowering, and the Millers Hours of Labor Bills were read a second time. FINAL READINGS. The Dunediu City and Suburban Tramways and the Greymouth Harbor Board Loan Bil'is passed through committee without amendment, were read a third time, and passed. The Council rose at 3.30 p.m.
