Restriction Removed at Melbourne.
By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. United Press Association. (Received July 26, 9.30 a.m.) Brisbane, This day. John Clancy and Edith Mariott have been attacked with plague. Melbourne, This day. The Board of Health have resolved that owing to the absence of plague tlie inspection of vessels may be discontinued. The strict berthing regulations will, however, remain in operation a little longer.
