The Chinese Minister in London, Chiehen Lo Feng-luh, asserts that he has received information which confirms the statements denying the massacre.

He says that an official of the Tsung-li-Yamen has reported that on the 18th inst. be saw the Ambassadors at Pekin, all well.

Chiehen Lo Feng-luh intends to memorialise the Chinese Government to send the foreign Ministers to Tientsia.

With reference to the above statement as to the safety of the Ambassadors Mr Goodnow, American Consul at Shanghai, has cabled that the message emanated from Prince Tuan.
