The Emperor Menelik and Drink.
The Emperor Menelik, of Abyssinia, who claims descent from the Queen of Sheba, has not only issued a decree prohibiting the importation of spirits into his territories, but has also forbidden, under pain of seveie penalties, the use of tobacco and snuff.
