London, July 19.
Sir Gordon Sprigg's High Treason Bill provides for compensation for losses, and creates a special Court of two Judges and one advocate to try cases of treason. If accused persons are convicted, they will be disfranchised for five years, and disqualified for Parliament and all public offices.
