THROUGH COMMITTEE. The Canterbury College Empowering Bill was committed. Progress was reported on the bill with amendments. ratepayers' relief. On the motion for the third reading of the Ratepayers' Disabilities Relief Bill. Mr Flatman moved that it be read that day six months. The debate was interrupted by the 5.30 adjournmeut.
