That the Papakura Biver Distriot may be abolished. 2. "i hat the boundaries of the Olive Biver Distriot may be altered aa follows : — {a) By excluding from the Olive Biver Distriot all that portion thereof lying on the east aide of the Jtnki Tuki river.
