The French section in the Dominion Cabinet have modified their demands with respect to the Manitoba schools, aud will bo satisfied if a Bill is introduced to remedy the disabilities uader which they allege the Roman Catholic schools suffer. The priests demand immediate control of the schools, and are inciting the people to hep them in this direction. It is believed a roligious raoe confliot ia developing.
