TheH.B. Shoep Dog Trial Club's meeting was oontinuod yesterday, when the competition in Class 1 was resumed.
W. M'Glashan'a Laddie took the hill well, but sighting the yards on the hill failed to see the quarry. A. M'Gmshan's dog took the hill well, headed his sheep, but only brought one home J, H. Miokay's Con rather spoilt hinasalt by barking, co the sheep went out of eight. Ho was a long time making his appearance with only two sheep, which he managed to get on to the flit. Davidson'ti JThag Hook the hill well, and in qniok time headed the yu'ircy on top, acd was working tho throe b»ck in well trained style Unfortunately ouo got away, and tho dog only managed to get home two sheep.
Nichilft' Bam failed to Bight tho sheop. R. Bower'd fcitop took the hill in first-olass stylo, but lost a lot of time on tho yard on tho bill. Ultimately he got thd three ahoep, but tirno would not allow him to get homo. This dog showed careful training. O'i aimer's Tray took tbfl hill and headed faster thau any dog on tho ground, brought the sheep b«o/f in good etylOj but a litt'u rash iv his work; he brought homo hia quurry iv 7inin 52seu. W. Conner's Qiiile voofc tho hill weli, headed iii 3miu yC'Mo, but ouoeheep broaking away before the do/c roayhed them, he could only btiug two ou to iho ihfc.
