In the case of Bigg v. the.Standard Bank a verdiot was given for plaintiff for £43 10s, the Court also deolariug him entitled to one-sixth of the Richmondvale estate Some peculiar finanoiug was disclosed by the evidence. Tho Court found that the documents between the parties were executed by mutual mistake, procured and induoed by fraudulent action, and concealment from the bank by its manager (Dillon). The Court ordered the documents to be ratified.
