The Harbor Board to-day resolved that plans be prepared for 600 feet of ex'ension at the outer end of the breakwater, for submission to a Royal Commission, aud that tho £8500 received by tho sale of the tug, and £2000 from another source, be earmarked as a nuoleus. of tho fund for its construction, if sanctioned.
