The woman Louie Smith, who was received into the hospital on Thursday suffering from burns, died at midnight last night before her depositions couM be token. Two men named Andrew and Joseph Kennedy, brothers, havo been arrested on a charge of being conoernod in tho affair, and Joseph Hewett is also to be charged along with them. It is alleged another man was in the house with the woman, and >ho three accused went there to try and induce him to leave. A fight ensued, during which a lamp waa thrown down, witei the results stated.

The men Kennedy and He tvett were before the Court to-day on the oharge of being concerned in tho death of the woman Smith, and wero remanded.
