London, June 9. The imports during May show an increase of £618,000, and the exports £861,000. Kauri gum is in fair demand. The better grades are steady, and the lower qualities 2s cheaper; 3190 oases were offered, and 1580 sold. Three-quarter scraped realised 8 is, and half scraped 48s. Thore ara still 1974 ca?es in stock.
Talloiv, medium mutton 22s 6d, beef 21s
Wheat, English strong. Continental a general deoline, American advancing. An Adelaide cargo ex Glenbank sold at 27s 3d.
