Bad Weather Coming.

Wellington, This day. Captain Edwin advises that the northeastern part of the North Island is now within the limit of a cyclone of unusual extent, and there have baen well defined evidences of its continual approach during the last two days. The centre is now not more than two hundred mileß north from North Capo, and is travelling to south south-oast. This route will bring in all the country northward of Lyttelton and Westport.
