[Pflß PBBSa ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.] (Reoeived August 2, 10.40 a.m.) London, August 1. The Standard's Paris correspondent says Lord Duflerin and M. Develle have signed a protoool settling the differences over the .Siamese boundaries and arranging for a neutral zone. Lord Duflerin returns to England to.morrotv. The Daily News correspondent at Bangkok says Admiral Human has issued an order for a fresh blockade, and ordered the Pallas and Swift to withdraw. It is feared tho French intend to attack Bangkok, and hold it as a guarantee. Bir E. Grey, when a quostion waa put in the Houso of Commons, said the Government had not received a confirmation of the report that the blockade had been raised, but he declined to enter into details. The Paris papers confirm the statement in the Standard as to the settlement, but the Bangkok corespondent of the Times , , wiring to-day, says it i.s feared the Flench Admiral is acting on divergent orders. Paeis, August 1 It is officially stated that Biam has agreed to givo tbe guarantees demanded by France.
