London, July 28. The Standard's Paris correspondent telegraphs that the French Foreign -linistor has informed the British Ambassador that France has assented to a compromise in connection wilh the iiiam difficulty.
Telegrams from Bangkok Btate the blockade began on Wednesday. Ihe neutral ships were ordered to leave three days before. The bl.okadc emb'raoes the Bay of Bangkok and the entire coast. The China correspondent of the Standard wires that the Chinese have deoided to oppose the French advance beyond degree 21, and will charter troops in the event of urgency.
