SPORTING.
An entire horse parade was held on the racecourse at Wanganui yesterday. There were 22 entries, divided into four classes of thoroughbreds—hack and carriage stallions, draught stallions, and pony entries. The awards were as follows :—Thoroughbreds : Natator, first; Gipsy King, second. Carriage stallions ; Delphin, first; Quicksilver, second. Draught stallions ; King of the Clans, first; Clansman, second. Ponies: Sampson, first; Nugget, second.
