Telephone communication botweon Loudon and Paris has been successively carried out. FROZEN MEAT. Parts of ninety carcasses of frozen meat landed from the Kaikoura were found to be bad; 27,0u0 carcasses wero in perfect condition. Some 5000 carcasses have yet to be discharged.
