THIS DAY. JkEX JAMES at, JIUNN. Mr. Loo appeared for tie bankrupt. Discharge gniniod. BE E. AY. BLACKWELL. Mr. Oresswell aijpeuied for the bankrupt. Mr. Lascelles, on behalf of Mr. J. V_ Brown, opposed the discharge. His Honor said books should have been kept. No. immediate discharge could be granted when such accounts had not been kenfc.

Vir. Cresswell objected to Mr. Lascelles being heard, as Mr. Brown was not a creditor.

His Honor decided to hear Mr. Lascelles. Mr. Lascfcilea said Mr. Brown held a powec of attorney for the largest creditor in the estate. It was quite sufficient for opposing the diecharge that the bankrupt had not keot books.
