These races are open to all horses that have never won an Advertised Stake or Prize exceeding the value of £40 at the time of Nomination, except the District Races. RULES AND CONDITIONS. All races to be run undeT Metropolitan Rules of Racing. Any horse winning a race the value of £25 after the declaration of the weights to carry a penalty of 7tb Penalties not cumulative. All Nominations, Acceptances, and Entries close at 8 p.m. on their respective dates, and are to be addressed to the Secretary, Ormondville. Five per cent deduoted from the gross amount of all stakes.
