ARRIVALS.
December. 9—Orowaiti, s.s., from "Westport. R. Puflett, agent.
DEPARTURES.
December. B—Kahu, s. s., for coast stations. Richard - eon and Co., agents.
The Kahu left for southern coast stations last evening. The s.s. Matatua will now leave for Wellington this evening. The s.s. Waihorii tot .It 32£ hours to tow the ship Rangitiki to Wellington. The mail steamer Zealaiulia arrived at Auckland late last night. The delay was due to poor coil and a foul bottom. ■ The ketch Comet is to sail this evening Her destination has not been fixed, but it will probably bo Timaru. She goes in ballast. The Result proceeds to Mohaka to-mor-row night. The Enterprise starts loading timber for Dunedin to-morrow.
The schooner Dunedin, after effecting repairs, will load sleepers for Lyttelton. The s.s. Te Kapu is bar bound at the Wairoa.
