James Catt, convicted of defrauding tho Immigration Department of £7, was ad. mitted to twelve months' probation on condition of refunding the money and paying £5 towards tho cost of prosecution. Ryan and Buokloy, for larceny, got six months each. The Hutt manslaughter oaso is now on.
