The boor duty for November was £0190, against £5011 for October, and £5000 for November, 1889. Auckland contributed £1107, Wellington £315, Christchurch £1010, and Dunedin £1229. Tho Customs duty for November was £127,364, aa against £123,511 for October, and £122,072 for November last year. Auckland contributed £25,107, Wellington £24,169, Christchurch £22,789, and Dunedin £28,695. Tho estimate for the eight months was £1,009,80 i, so that at present the Customs revenue shows a surplus of £23,188, though tho primage duty has been stopped, and the strike was expected to largely affect last month's receipts.
