At tho ten'h annual meeting of the Farmers' Co-operutivo Association the balance-sheet showed a net profit, for tho year of £0777. The directors recommend 8 per cent, on the capital and ~h per cent, bonus on the store and storage accounts. and carry £200 to the reserve. Tho mortgages on their freehold had been paid otf. ft is proposed to erect further storage, nnd re-open the (•hare list, at a premium of 2s Od, shares being in continual demand.
