Southern Cr. »s from Gisborne arrived in tho bay at 2 p.m. , . . . The s.s. To Kapu from Wairoa arrived this forenoon, tfbe is not likely to steam again for Wairo-t before Tuesday night. The R M S. Doric arrived at Plymouth on the 28th inst from New Zealand with hor cargo of frozen meat in good condition.
