Shippers have been unablo to operate at the prices ruling lately. and the local millers have no moderately fair stocks of both wheat and flour on hand. The outlet for the latter is not very encouraging. Besides being under the impression that the prices at Mark Lane Lo not likely to go higher, in the meantime at any rate, they are content to work off present stocks The quantity for disposal, however, is limited, 2nd sellers in the meantime prefer holding in preference to accepting any material reduction on lato quotations and while ho business done is within small compass tho market is firm. We quote prime milling Z ve and Tuscan, 3s Oil to 3s lOd ; medium to Sod, 3s Cd to 3s 8d; best red wheat nominal). 3s Cd to 3s Sd ; medium, os Id to 3s 8d ; inferior and fowls' wheat, 3s od to 'l» td (ox store : sacks included). Oats —There is no material alteration in the tone of the market since we last reported.
