There was further evidence taken yesterday afternoon in the charges against H. C. Robjohns, after we went to press. Seven informations had been laid, nnd four having fallenthrous.il. left th« following threo: — That, on tho 30th of September, 1890, defendant fraudulently neglect'd to mabe a trim and exact entry in his books of the .nalt iv hand in nis brewery at the end of the said month of September. That on tho •_!ith of September, 1890, defendant fraudulently neglected to make a true and exact entry of the quantity of beer produced that day at his brewery. 1 hat on the 29th of September, 1890, defendant unlawfully neglected to make a true entry of the beer produced at his brewery on that day.
