At the Education Board meeting to-day Mr. Hill denied that he had erer writter. to any teacher at the Napier school, and characterised tho statement of the Napier School Committee, which was to the contrary effect, as moonshine. There was a letter sent to Miss Rcwbottom, and it was seen by the reporters at the list meeting of the School Committee.
