Sydney, This day. The Coroner having dispensed with an inquest on the fire, the Government, at the request of a largo deputation of propertyholders and insurance companies, have directed investigation into the cause of the late conflagration. SOUTH AUSTRALIA. Adelaide, This day. The Railway Commissioners estimate the loss of traffic at £5000 a week owing to the strike.
