Lord Randolph Churchill bade IGOO guineas for Wentworth. POWDER MILLS BLOWN UP. Tho powder mills at Wilmington, Delaware (U.S.), exploded, and 20 men were killed, whilo 40 were injured. Acres of trees and buildings wero destroyed.
