Sho returns at 0.30 p.m., and at 10 p in. she haves for Gisborne with tho Napier football team. The s.s. Fanny rook oft' the last load of mutton to the Star of Victoria, this forenoon, and at 1 p.m. the latter steamed for Wellington. The Star of Victoria takes from this port GSP 0 carcasses of mutton valued at £1462. Arrived at London—Barques Martha Fisher from Lyttslton and General Berthaut from Mercury Bay. Tho Tekapo arrived at Sydney from Wellington yesterday. The schooner Slav Jenuing . __io_ left. Tasmania on August 12th for Sydney, is supposed to have foundered. The Australia leaves Wellington this evening, and arrives here on Sunday night, She leaves for the north at 3 p.m. on Monday. The Manapouri leaves Auckland this afternoon, and is due here on Monday morning. The Ahuriri takes off tho outward passengers at 10 a.m. The Southern Cross leaves Auckland this evening, and is due hero about Tuesday next. Tbo Monowiii arrives from Melbourne via nobart and southern ports about l!Hh instant.
