At the nomination to-day three candidates wero proposed:—Messrs Kerr, HallJones, and Aplin, Mr Twomey having retired. Tho show of hands was in favor of Mr Hall-Jones. The poll will be taken next Monday. It is stated that tho Union* will give a block vote.
