ANOTHER COPPER FIND.
Palmkbston North, This da)'. A valuable mineral discovery is reported ou the property of Mr Thompson, in the Manawatu Gorge where projecting has revealed tho existence of a reef of copper ore twenty feet wide, with a back of 500 feet The reef is mainly composed of ore containing rich copper sulphide,, and is within ten chains of the Gorge brir'lge. Samples locally tested give good results, and a quantity is being sent te Sir Janif ; s Hector for report.
