The dictum of Judgo Edwards that R.M.s should never givo reasons was amusingly alluded to by Mr Wardell this moruing,"who said in giving a decision where plaintiff and defendant differed in their statements, ho thought it would bo necessary for him to give reasons for the judgment he was about to pronounce.
